At Atlantis Luxury Art, we offer both digital products and exclusive physical artworks, including one-of-one original pieces. Because product types differ, return conditions vary accordingly.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital downloads are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital goods, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not accepted once files have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Refunds for digital purchases may only be considered if:

• Purchased files cannot be accessed
• Duplicate purchases occurred accidentally
• Incorrect files were delivered
• Technical corruption prevents use and replacement files fail to resolve the issue

Customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

PHYSICAL ARTWORKS & ORIGINAL RELICS

Returns may be accepted if:

• Artwork arrives damaged during shipping
• Incorrect item delivered
• Significant difference from product description
• Verified transit damage occurred

Claims should be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are generally non-refundable:

• One-of-one original artworks
• Museum relic collections
• Custom commissions
• Personalized works
• Downloaded digital products
• Final sale items
• Used or altered products

CHANGE OF MIND

Returns based solely on collector preference changes, change of mind, or subjective interpretation are generally not accepted due to the exclusive nature of many artworks.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If damage occurs:

Provide within 72 hours:

• Order number
• Images of packaging
• Images of damage
• Description of issue

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Approved return caused by our error:

Atlantis Luxury Art covers return costs.

Other approved returns:

Customer may cover shipping.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–14 business days depending on payment provider.

PAYMENT METHODS

We may accept:

• Credit / debit cards
• Bank transfer
• International wire transfer
• Approved crypto payments
• Escrow arrangements (selected high-value acquisitions)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes remain buyer responsibility unless stated otherwise.
